We review the documents and facts provided by the client, and clarify the status, the gaps, and the practical next steps within the service scope. This does not include representation before entities or issuing a final legal opinion, unless carried out through a licensed partner.
Important scope: Covers notice, end of service, leave, final settlement, and contract status.
Pricing: The price starts from 499, and the final price depends on the number of documents, the status, and the entities or suppliers required. Government fees and the fees of external entities or partners are separate unless stated otherwise.
Execution method: 7PACT manages the service scope, requirements, coordination, and follow-up until the request is closed. Suppliers and specialists carry out the work according to the service scope and standards. Work restricted by regulation is referred to a specialist or licensed partner depending on the type of service.
7PACT commitment: Clarity of scope, requirements, and pricing; timely follow-up; compliance first; and documented closure. If it is established that the delay was caused by 7PACT or the assigned supplier, the case is handled by re-execution, compensation, or refund as appropriate under the policy. This does not cover the entity's decision, its processing time, shortfalls in the client's data, or causes beyond our control.
