Pricing: The price is 349 for the implementation fee of the core service scope described. Government fees and fees of external parties or partners are separate unless stated otherwise.
Execution: 7PACT manages the service scope, requirements, coordination and follow-up until the request is closed, and suppliers and specialists carry out the work according to the service scope and standards. Legally restricted work is referred to a specialist or licensed partner according to the service type.
7PACT commitment: Clear scope, requirements and pricing; timely follow-up; compliance first; and documented closure. If the delay is proven to be caused by 7PACT or the assigned supplier, the case is handled through re-performance, compensation or refund as appropriate under the policy. This excludes the authority's decision, its processing time, shortfalls in the client's data, or causes beyond our control.
