Monsha'at Business Size Certificate Support
Supporting service to explain the situation, prepare the file, and address an operational gap. Submitting the request or completing the file is not final approval; the decision is issued by Monsha'at (the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises) after the conditions are met.
When is the service needed? It is needed when starting a procedure, when data changes, when expiry approaches, or when a note requiring action appears, depending on the nature of the service and the status of the business.
7PACT's role: We explain the system, check eligibility, review documents, prepare the data, follow up on the request and notes, and document the outcome.
Service limits: 7PACT does not guarantee acceptance of the request or the timing of the authority's decision, and does not perform restricted legal, engineering, accounting or insurance work without a license or a licensed partner. Additional requirements may apply depending on the activity, city and capacity.
Pricing: 199 for the implementation fee of the core service scope described. Government fees and fees of external parties or partners are separate unless stated otherwise.
Execution: 7PACT manages the service scope, requirements, coordination and follow-up until the request is closed, and suppliers and specialists carry out the work according to the service scope and standards. Legally restricted work is referred to a specialist or licensed partner according to the service type.
7PACT commitment: Clear scope, requirements and pricing; timely follow-up; compliance first; and documented closure. If the delay is proven to be caused by 7PACT or the assigned supplier, the case is handled through re-performance, compensation or refund as appropriate under the policy. This excludes the authority's decision, its processing time, shortfalls in the client's data, or causes beyond our control.
