About Us

7PACT is the digital service platform of Root Solutions, helping individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses in Saudi Arabia access business services and supporting procedures in one place.

We begin by understanding the client’s needs, identifying the appropriate service, and clarifying the scope, requirements, deliverables, and cost before execution. Our services include business formation, government relations, human resources, compliance, information technology, security and safety, and insurance.

Services are delivered remotely or on site, depending on the nature of the service and the areas covered. Each request is carried out according to the agreed scope and the information and documents supplied by the client. Government fees and third-party costs are separate unless otherwise stated.

Root Solutions is independent of government authorities and does not guarantee approvals or decisions that fall within the authority of the relevant bodies. We use official channels and sources and follow up on requests within the agreed service scope.
