Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 22 August 2026

Welcome to 7PACT, the digital service platform of Root Solutions. These terms govern use of the store and orders for the services offered through it. Using the store or completing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms, while the client retains all rights provided by law.

1. Definitions

Store: The 7PACT online store.

Service provider: Root Solutions, through its digital platform 7PACT, or the specialist service provider assigned to carry out the order where this is disclosed to the client.

Client: Any natural or legal person who uses the store or orders a service.

Service: Any session, consultation, procedure, administrative, technical, digital, or supporting work offered in the store.

Government and external fees: Amounts payable to government authorities, platforms, professional bodies, or third-party service providers. These are separate from service fees unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Nature of the Store

7PACT is independent of government authorities and does not represent any government ministry, authority, or platform.

Offering a service related to a government body does not indicate a partnership with or authorization from that body.

Services are provided according to the order scope, available information, and the laws and requirements in force at the time of execution.

Services requiring a specific professional license are performed by a qualified or licensed provider whenever licensing is legally required.

3. Placing and Accepting Orders

The client must provide accurate, complete information and select the appropriate service before completing the order.

An order is considered received after successful payment and submission of the essential information and documents required by the service provider.

The execution period starts only after payment and required information and documents are complete, unless the service description states otherwise.

Additional information or clarification may be requested before execution begins. The estimated period is paused until the client responds.

The service provider may reject or cancel an order that violates the law, falls outside its business scope, or cannot be performed, refunding amounts due for the unperformed portion.

4. Prices and Fees

Prices are shown in Saudi riyals and cover service delivery fees only, unless the service description states otherwise.

The price may vary according to client type, scope of work, case complexity, or options selected by the client.

VAT is added where applicable under the laws in force.

Government and external fees are separate from service fees and may change independently of 7PACT.

Additional fees are not paid on the client's behalf until they have been explained and approved by the client, unless already included in the service description or quotation.

5. Payments and Invoices

Payment is made through the methods available in the store.

An order remains incomplete if payment fails, is cancelled, or is not approved by the payment service provider.

Invoices and receipts are issued according to the information supplied by the client and applicable legal requirements.

7PACT is not responsible for delays caused by a bank or payment gateway, but will follow up on the issue and assist the client within its available authority.

6. Documents and Information

The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents supplied and for having legal authorization to use them.

Forged or unlawfully altered documents, or documents belonging to another party without authorization, must not be submitted.

An order may be suspended or cancelled if information is suspected to be inaccurate or unlawful.

7PACT is not responsible for delays or rejection resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information, expired documents, or failure by the client to respond.

7. Service Execution and Estimated Timeframes

Timeframes stated on service pages are estimates unless expressly described as binding.

The period starts after payment and requirements are complete and the service provider has received the client's necessary approvals or authorizations.

Time spent waiting for the client, a government authority, or a third party, and general platform outages, is excluded from the execution period.

The client will be informed of an expected delay that materially affects execution of the order.

8. Sessions and Appointments

An appointment selected by the client is provisional until a confirmation message is received from the service provider.

A change may be requested at least 24 hours before the confirmed appointment, subject to availability.

If the client is more than 15 minutes late or fails to attend without prior notice, the session may be treated as used, taking acceptable exceptional circumstances into account.

If the session cannot take place because of the service provider, the client will be offered an alternative appointment or a refund of the session fee.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

The client may request termination of the service contract within seven days of contracting, provided execution has not begun and the client has not used or benefited from the service, in accordance with statutory rights.

If execution begins at the client's request, a session is provided, or part of the work is completed, the refund is calculated according to the unperformed portion and actual non-refundable costs.

Recovery of government or third-party fees cannot be guaranteed after payment and depends on the receiving party's policy.

If the service provider misses the agreed date or delays service execution by more than 15 days, and the delay is not due to force majeure, the client, or an external party, the client retains statutory rights, including termination and recovery of amounts due.

These terms do not limit any mandatory client right under Saudi law.

10. Quotations and Additional Work

Services whose price cannot be determined in advance are subject to a needs discovery session or a separate quotation.

The price excludes additional work outside the scope specified on the service page or in the quotation.

Additional work begins only after the client approves its scope, price, and timeframe.

11. Government Authorities and External Parties

Final approvals, licenses, and decisions are within the authority of the relevant body. 7PACT does not guarantee acceptance of a request or a particular decision.

Authorities' requirements, fees, platforms, and timeframes may change without prior notice.

7PACT exercises professional care in preparing and following up on requests, but is not responsible for government decisions, general outages, or delays beyond reasonable control.

12. Client Responsibilities

12.1 Select the appropriate service and read its description before paying.

12.2 Provide correct information and documents within the required time.

12.3 Monitor messages and notifications and respond to requests for additional information.

12.4 Pay approved government or external fees when due.

12.5 Attend appointments and cooperate in completing required steps.

13. Communications and Notifications

Order notifications are sent through the store, email, the registered telephone number, or approved communication channels.

The client is responsible for keeping contact details current and reviewing messages relating to the order.

Electronic correspondence and order records may serve as evidence of communication and execution under applicable laws.

14. Intellectual Property

Rights to the store's design, content, text, identity, and trademarks belong to their owners. They may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without permission.

Documents and information supplied by the client remain the property of the client or their lawful owners.

Ownership of service-specific deliverables is determined by the service description or quotation. Transferable rights pass after full payment unless agreed otherwise.

15. Privacy and Confidentiality

Client data is processed to the extent necessary to manage the order, provide the service, and fulfill legal obligations.

Appropriate measures are taken to protect information and documents. They are disclosed only with client consent, to perform the service, or where legally required.

Data processing is also subject to the privacy policy published in the store.

16. Prohibited Use

The store must not be used to submit misleading information or unlawful documents, or to request procedures that violate the law.

Unauthorized access to the store, disrupting it, or misuse of its content is prohibited.

A client's account may be suspended or an order cancelled following a violation, with legal action taken where necessary.

17. Limits of Liability

The service provider's liability is limited to proven direct damage resulting from breach of a contractual or legal obligation.

7PACT is not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate information supplied by the client, decisions of relevant authorities, acts of external parties, or force majeure.

No provision of these terms is interpreted as excluding liability for fraud, gross negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. Force Majeure

The service provider is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, such as government platform failures, interruptions to public technical services, disasters, or emergency official decisions.

The client is notified if an affecting circumstance persists. The parties agree on completing the service, rescheduling execution, or ending the portion that cannot be performed and settling amounts due.

19. Complaints and Contact

The client may submit a complaint or inquiry through the contact methods published in the store, stating the order number and describing the issue.

Complaints are reviewed and answered within a reasonable period according to their nature, with efforts to resolve them amicably and preserve all parties' rights.

20. Amendments to the Terms

These terms may be updated when services, laws, or operating policies change.

An update takes effect upon publication and does not affect earlier orders except as required by law or agreed by the client.

21. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and orders performed through the store are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Disputes are resolved amicably wherever possible. If this is unsuccessful, the competent authorities and courts in Saudi Arabia have jurisdiction, without prejudice to statutory consumer rights.
